AMBASSADOR PROGRAM "TERMS AND CONDITIONS"

This is an agreement of Blenset with the participant / or the person who intends to enroll in the ambassador program.

By agreeing to participate and apply to the activities of the Blenset Ambassador Program:

A.- The Ambassador accepts this agreement

B.-The Ambassador is over 18 years of age

If the ambassador does not agree to the terms of this agreement, Blenset will not accept or accept the ambassador's enrollment or participation in any activity of the Blenset ambassador program.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIP

The relationship between Blenset and the Ambassador is that of an independent contractor. The ambassador is not an agent or employee of Blenset for tax or other purposes. The Ambassador will not enter into any contract, assume any obligation, make warranties or representations on behalf of Blenset, or declare that the Ambassador is an agent, employee or representative of Blenset.

The Ambassador can terminate the right / participation relationship for this program at any time.

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

The Ambassador must only publish his own original content and not content created by or owned by another person (images, photographs, videos, music).

Ambassadors may only post their referral codes or referral links on social media accounts and websites they own and operate themselves.

Ambassadors cannot post their referral code or referral link on coupon websites.

Ambassadors will not represent themselves as employees of Blenset.

Ambassadors will not receive a commission on Blenset items they purchase with their own referral code.

COMPENSATION

Compensation or commission will be determined by Blenset, including but not limited to free promotional gifts and cash compensation for referrals provided by the Ambassador.

Blenset reserves the right to modify or cancel any compensation model or promotional offer to the Ambassador at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

DURATION

Blenset or the Ambassador may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

EXPENSES

Ambassadors are not required to incur personal expenses to be in the Blenset ambassador program.

Blenset has no legal obligation to reimburse Ambassadors for expenses incurred while participating in the Blenset Ambassador Program.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Ambassador accepts that the commercial, technical and financial information that the Ambassador develops, learns or obtains in relation to this Agreement or that is received by or for the Ambassador in confidence, and each and every one of the results and profits of the provision of Ambassador services under this Agreement shall constitute "Proprietary Information" and remain the exclusive property of Blenset. The Ambassador will maintain confidentiality and will not disclose any Proprietary Information.
