Red Berries Smoothie
This smoothie is sweet and perfect for lovers of red fruits.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 banana
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 2-4 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- Almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS
First, add yogurt and fruit. Continue adding almond milk to 3/4 cup of the blender. Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth. Pour into a glass or drink directly from your Blenset and enjoy.
TIPS
Frozen fruit is best or ice cubes can be added for freshness and consistency, but make sure the pieces are small to blend into your Blenset.
Almond milk can be replaced with water or fruit juice of your choice.
