Strawberry/Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 frozen banana (small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (small pieces)
  • 2-4 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

First, add yogurt, chia seeds, and frozen fruit. Continue adding almond milk up to 3/4 cup of the blender. Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass or drink directly from your Blenset and enjoy.


TIPS

You can add a tablespoon of honey to sweeten it.

Almond milk can be replaced with water or juice of your choice.
