INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup celery cut into small pieces
  • 3-4 pieces of parsley
  • 4-5 spinach leaves
  • 1/4 green apple in small pieces
  • 4-5 small pieces of pineapple
  • Orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS

First add vegetables and fruits. Continue adding orange juice to 3/4 cup of the blender. Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass or drink directly from your Blenset and enjoy.


TIPS

For a less sweet version, replace the orange juice with water.

Frozen pineapple can be added for a fresher consistency
