Green Juice
Healthy and delicious green juice is rich in antioxidants. Its low calorie index and high fiber content helps the function of the metabolism to lose weight.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup celery cut into small pieces
- 3-4 pieces of parsley
- 4-5 spinach leaves
- 1/4 green apple in small pieces
- 4-5 small pieces of pineapple
- Orange juice
INSTRUCTIONS
First add vegetables and fruits. Continue adding orange juice to 3/4 cup of the blender. Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass or drink directly from your Blenset and enjoy.
TIPS
For a less sweet version, replace the orange juice with water.
Frozen pineapple can be added for a fresher consistency
